During any weightloss process, or journey to better health… it is important for you not to drink your calories. If you’re trying to achieve abs or a flat belly, it will never happen unless you completely avoid drinking anything except water and tea. When I say avoid everything else, that includes alcohol! Yes! Even wine! Trust me. Stepping up your water intake will help speed up your weight loss and there are many teas out there to help this process. My favorites are Green & Dandelion Tea. Drinking tea is so relaxing and there are some great health benefits that come along with it as well.
Benefits of drinking green tea include, but are not limited to a faster metabolism (good for weightloss), it helps burn fat, it has NO calories, & it keeps your energy levels balanced by balancing your sugar levels. It also helps protect your immune system from illnesses. Drink more green tea!
Dandelion tea is amazing for eliminating bloat. Drinking this daily will help shed all of your water weight! It also helps your skin look beautiful! Try including this tea in your diet and reep all of it’s amazing benefits! The taste is a little bitter so I add lemon.
